TUESDAY NITE AT BIKE WEEK
SEEK YE FIRST
"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 6:33
Dina is saved...
This is Dina. She is 35 and was really ready for Jesus. She came to bike week from New York to be with some guy and he left her alone. She wanted her mom. She couldn't stop crying. She just wanted to get through the next few days and get back home. She wanted to begin living for Jesus and give up this steady stream of men who do not care about her. Amen. Pastor Terry and i ministered to her and she came to the Lord. Alleluia.
We went to downtown Daytona last night from about 11pm to 2am. Pastor Troy, Pastor Terry and myself. It was wild. Bikes and noise everywhere.
i know, these are sideways.... i promise to solve this slight operator technical problem soon...
This is Nick...
This is Cristopher...
Christopher and Nick are Homeless. Both from different places, both with their own set of problems. Christopher has been taught the old lie, "once saved, always saved." He was in prison, his car registration expired, his mom died, his sister is on crack. Nick has a 4 year old baby at home and an ex-wife, no job, lives for himself. We prayed with them and Pastor Troy and Pastor Terry gave them their numbers.
They both know they need Jesus, but.........like the foolish man who stored up all His fruits and goods in bigger barns that would last for years and years and said ...."take thine ease, eat drink and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee, then whose shall those things be, which thou has provided." Luke 12:19-20
Here they are:
The bondage of sin...
Sometimes even when you break free, there is more...
..until victory comes through Christ Jesus....
This was a scenario Myles came up with one Saturday morning at my house.. Hey Buddy, i love you. i love your heart for the Lord. See you soon.
i will post more soon. Please click on RAVENinternationalblog and RAVENmidwest for Pastor Troy and Pastor Terry's pix. The links are on my site. God bless you all, please keep praying. Thanks.
