THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD

Repentance: the moral compunction or conviction to think differently.

Repentance should be a response to righteousness, not sin. The righteousness of God should lead us to repentance.

REPENTANCE (4 R's)
1. Recognition. Know our sin. See our sin. "Search me, O God.."Psalm 139:23-24
2.Renunciation. Renounce any power we have given satan over our lives.
3.Restoration. Return to God's favor.
4.Revelation. Back in a place of recognition. What will God reveal to you?

Thank you Jesus for recognition, for showing me my sin and bringing me back to you, to a place of recognition. Keep me on track for you and for your Glory. Amen.
