THERE IS AN URGENCY, AMEN

There is an urgency in this hour, amen, that wells up in me. The time is short and the world so desperately needs Jesus, needs the conviction of the Holy Spirit to repentance. We need to be bold and strong to bring the Gospel out. To do this we need to be in the Word so much that it flows like living water from us. It has got to be the language we speak in our lives and into the lives of others. Dig into it. We need to be watchmen, stand fast in faith, seek Him early, first thing. We are standing at the threshold of eternity. As in Noah's day, people are eating and drinking, heaping sin on sin. And the Lord will come(Revelation 19:11-16).



i am broken, amen, for the lost and dying of this world, i am praying for the brokenness of the lost, those who do not know Him. But also the professed church is lost, it needs a fresh infusion of the Blood of Jesus. It needs to preach the uncompromising Word of God. That there is no salvation without repentance, that once saved we need to daily take up our cross and follow Him, the truth about the eternal Hell that is to come to all who die in sin, the lie of once saved, always saved. Because the church has no fear of the Lord (the moral dread of being displeasing to Him), it lacks the "self"-denial it so desperately needs(Genesis 22:11), the perseverance in times of persecution(Jeremiah 32:38-40), Godly wisdom(Psalm 111:10) and a disdain for the wickedness of the world(Proverbs 8:13). Hate evil, shunt it, run from it, do not let it touch you. The church looks more like the world than the Saviour they proclaim to follow. The doctrines of devils are disguised in the Rob Bells of the day. Get out, run as fast as you can to Jesus. Hold on tight, let the fear of the Lord grip you and never let you go. We need to get rid of anything in our lives that leads us away from Jesus. We have not time for that mess. We need fellowship with world shakers and history makers, study the word daily, fill-up, take it to the world. The world looks so dark and is denying our God, false teachers are everywhere. The moral destitution that comes from the justification of sin is enormous. The world is legitimizing sin, legalizing it, doing what they think is right in their own eyes. Get rid of all that, don't let anything or anyone keep you from a relationship with Him.

There is no salvation apart from the repentance of sin. The Gospel is the power of God to salvation. We who are saved, who have died, taken up the cross, the instrument of our own death to self', given Him our dreams, our desires, to do whatever the Lord asks of us, who have had the Word of God breathed into us, we who are His til we die, Doulos servants, we need to reproduce this in others. Everything we do concerns Jesus Christ.



Preaching the Gospel(the cross and Him crucified), bringing His word, reveals the righteousness (perfection) of God to the world. i am just broken for the souls that are lost and the shortness of the hour we are in. "And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?" 1 Peter 4:18



Lord, put those #7's in front of me, give me the word of life for them, give me the boldness to be a fool for you, to go where i am not comfortable, to do what it takes to bring hearts to you. To hear your revelation. Amen Lord, Alleluia...Praise your holy name.. There is an urgency in this hour, amen.
