WHO DO YOU REPRESENT?

Who do you represent? Yourself? Your friends? Your family? Your school? Your team? What? Jesus Christ? Really? Do you represent Jesus Christ all the time or just around your "Christian" friends? Or just on Sunday and just at church? Do you stand up when someone is being hurt, emotionally or physically? Do you stand up when you hear an "off-colored" joke? Do you stand up when people are swearing like sailors? Do you stand up when anything is just not right? Do you stand up when the conversation turns to sex or drugs or lying or cheating? Do you stand up when everyone is against you? When you must stand all alone? Do you stand up when you know someone is headed for Hell and you have the answer?

It is not what you know, it is who you know. If you really know Jesus Christ and Him crucified and raised from the dead, and He is your saviour, the Lord of your life, and you are living for and representing Him, then you know enough to share Him with others. You have the answer, the ticket out of Hell and eternal damnation, and into eternal life for someone else.

The majority of the world today is living a condemning and wide gate(Matthew 7:13-14) Christianity. Few even find the narrow gate. Fitting into the world, being like the world and not like Jesus. They are not accepting Jesus free gift of salvation and setting themselves apart as the sanctified people of God they are. The church is not going to do it for you, your family is not going to do it for you, your friends are almost certainly not going to do it for you. You must do it for yourself. Take hold of the Lord Jesus and His living word and be the ambassador, the witness, the teacher, the preacher, the evangelist, you are called to be. Do not wait. These are the last days and this is the hour, amen. There is an urgency to bring Jesus to the lost, dark and dying world, amen.

In the Bible, Jesus says in Matthew 10:33 "BUT
WHOSOEVER SHALL DENY ME BEFORE MEN, HIM WILL I ALSO DENY BEFORE MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN."

And..Jesus also says in Matthew 12:36-37 "BUT I SAY UNTO YOU, THAT EVERY IDLE WORD THAT MEN SHALL SPEAK, THEY SHALL GIVE AN ACCOUNT THEREOF IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT. FOR BY THY WORDS THOU SHALT BE JUSTIFIED, AND BY THY WORDS THOU SHALT BE CONDEMNED."

What do our words say about us?

In Matthew 26:70-75, Peter denies Jesus three times. He flat out says he does not know Him and he was not with Him. He lied straight away. Man. Then Jesus goes to the cross before the repentant Peter has a chance to say he's sorry and ask forgiveness... So, when Jesus is ressurected, he sees Peter and they straighten it all out, but Peter had to say he loved Jesus three times. Wow. We all have access to a forgiving God and can be right with Him through Jesus. Amen.

Do we flat out deny Jesus? Or is it the comfy and convenient sin of omission. Not speaking up, not standing up, not representing, wherever we are, whatever we are doing. It is still denying Him. i am calling out all you self professed Christian teens and 20 somethings that have myspace pages and are not representing the Jesus you claim to follow and love. You know who you are. I am not saying you have to go all Jesus Freak like me, but i am saying to clean it up. Take off all lewd, offensive, hurtful, prideful, perverse, sexual, dirty, unclean words and references. ALL OF IT. Clean it up. Find purer, cleaner more noble subjects to promote. Lift each other up. Be like Jesus. Amen.

Come on you all, if you are old enough to have a myspace, you are old enough to be in the Word every day and growing in Him. You are past old enough. My nephew is 10 years old and has already led many people to Jesus, have you led anyone? 97% of all professed Christians have never led anyone to Christ. What are you waiting for? Do you love Jesus or not? People are dying in their sin and going to Hell every day, do not be one of them or let your friend be. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow. What do you think we are here for? What do you think Jesus wants of you? If you do not know you better get into the Bible and find out. Start with Matthew and Romans. Read with your heart and ask the holy Ghost to read with you, to show you and teach you. Get going. This life is an eye-blink compared to eternity. i want to see you all in Heaven. Amen.
