MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA

This is a video of Rusty playing the guitar and harmonica on our way down to Miami. It was a special treat to hear. i want to take this opportunity to say that i am so thankful to God for sending Rusty into our midst. He is a wonderful young man of God, humble and very gifted musically. i was grateful to get the opportunity to get to know him a little better on this trip. Praise God.

As i was on the streets in Miami in the neighborhood of the block party the Lord renewed in me the urgency "to seek and to save that which was lost" Luke 19:10. Of all the folks i met the Lord put the biggest burden on my heart for Billy, and in turn his "followers", Dylan and Jay. i was led to scriptures in 2 Timothy 3 verses 7 and 13.

In Second Timothy Paul is writing from prison in Rome, finishing his writing ministry, probably waiting to be executed. He encouraged Timothy to endure persecution, of the type i am sure we will face here in the US soon, and ridicule from false teachers and to remain faithful to Christ.

"Ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."
2 Timothy 3:7 "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." 2 Timothy 3:13

The truth is Jesus. To wax worse is to grow worse.

Billy said he had been in the seminary for 2 or 4 years. Being raised Catholic i know how that works. If you do not go in with a personal relationship with Jesus, chances are you will not come out with one. You will however be able to quote much scripture and have much book knowledge. The word of God, the truth that is Jesus has not penetrated their hearts in many, many cases. Ever learning and never coming to the knowledge of the truth...

Billy is obviously a seeker like i was but has yet to give up all false doctrine for Jesus. Billy is a bright, intelligent and charismatic young man, but Billy is leading his young friends to HELL. he is a seducer, an imposter, deceiving and being deceived... He has taken bits and pieces of other religions of the world and mixed them all together. He says if you live a beautiful life you will go to heaven. He begins his monologue by showing you the fingers of his clenched fists. They are tattooed with the words F R E E L O V E. This he somehow equates with Jesus unconditional love.

Young Jay is all about "Billy says this" and "Billy said that". While Dylan has taken Billy's doctrine of devils as his own and parrots it out to you word for word. My heart was so grieved for these young men. We prayed over them and i had the chance to talk to Billy for a few minutes alone, but their hearts were hard and impenetrable this night. i am continuing to pray for their salvation. i hope to go back again to Miami and see Billy. Amen.
The party was a birthday party for Pastor Sergio. A good time was had by all. Pastor Terry and Eileen even brought, you guessed it, bagels!! They set up a table and handed them out. Everyone was busy bringing Jesus to the crowd. Cindy ministered to a family, Rusty was all over it. God is so good. Cindy and i talked to three Hispanic men on the street ad prayed for one. There was a minor language barrier with two if them, but i prayed. They were not saved.
The day of departure i had the opportunity to minister to Nicole, in housekeeping at the hotel. She knows Jesus and prays and reads the bible daily. She needed prayer for her family so we prayed and talked for a time. Then at the Shell station i met Rosia, she was out of gas. She also knew Jesus but needs to be n the word more and find a better church... i put gas in her car and prayed with her and she was on her way.. God is always there, right on time. Amen. i am hoping to see these women on one of the broadcasts. Pray they show up...Pray they deepen their relationship with Jesus.

So, that was Miami for God. A great time was had in the Lord.
