ARE WE READY?

Do we as believers have the courage and faith it takes to risk all for our faith. Not unlike the first-century Christians, Christians in countries all over the world are dieing for their faith. In Iran, China, India, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Belarus, and so many other nations, we have stories of the faith of true martyrs of our day. Books like Jesus Freaks, or sites like Vice of the Martyrs and Back to Jerusalem bare witness to the faith of these Christians. Many unnamed and faceless, known only to God, nonetheless they are standing on the word they have received from God. They are being beaten, raped, be-headed, and suffering in unspeakable ways, yet each one is comforted by the presence of our God. This is happening in our world TODAY..

You know, i have nothing new to say. God has written it all down for us in His word. It is truly up to us to read it. To let him in. To be seeking Him diligently in his word and prayer daily and taking what we know to the lost. No excuses, no compromise... to die if need be.

"Behold i stand at the door and knock, if any man hear my voice and open the door, i will come in to him and will sup with him and he with me." Revelation 3:20
