ARE YOU READY??

Are you ready?

"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire" Revelation 20:15

Sin will cause you to forget who God is. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23

There is no coming back from here, no excuses, no pleading your case with God, the lake of fire is forever and final.

Jesus is coming back for his Church, for his bride that is without spot or wrinkle, not tainted by the world (Ephesians 5:27). Not corrupted by the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life ( 1 John 2:15-16).

No sin, no flesh will stand in God's presence (1 Corinthians 1:29). Sin is a transgression against a holy and righteous God. It is rebellion against God and man has been sinning since the beginning.

The word of God is very clear on what sin is. Matthew 15:19 tells us, evil thoughts out of wicked hearts produce murderers, adulteries, fornicators, thefts, false witnesses, blasphemies.

1 Corinthians 6:8 tells us to flee fornication. And 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 tells us that the unrighteous, fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, the effeminate, abusers, thieves, the covetous, drunkards, revilers, extortionists, and such as these will not inherit the kingdom of heaven.

Your heart is either serving God or serving the Devil. What you see and hear will enter your heart. How you fill it up is a matter of life and death, it determines where you will spend eternity.

SIN IS SIN....IT WILL MANIFEST IN SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS AND REVEALS OUR HEART. LUST, GREED, GLUTTONY, ANGER, ENVY VANTIY, SLOTH. DO YOU HAVE A HEART FOR GOD OR SATAN??? "THE WAGES OF SIN ARE DEATH..." ROMANS 6:23

Jeremiah 17:9-10 says the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. The Lord searches our hearts to give every man according to his ways.

Matthew 12:34 says that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

Jesus is coming back. The earth will be and is quickly becoming a place of death, destruction and desolation and sin is what is making it that way. Soon and very soon we will be standing before a holy and righteous God giving an account of our lives.

Are you ready?

Matthew 12:36 says on the Day of Judgment we will give an account of EVERY idle word we have spoken. And by our words we will be justified, and by our words we will be condemned. How is your heart and what are you filling it with??

If you profess to be a Christian you should be reading you word daily, fasting and praying and doing God's work in you life DAILY.

"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. To him that overcometh will i give to eat of the hidden manna and will give him a white stone and in the stone a new name written which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it." Revelation 2:17

Jesus is coming soon.

Romans 14:11 says every knee will bow and tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Will you be kneeling and confessing on your way to heaven or hell??

Every sinner needs to confess his sin to God. 1 John 1:9 says if we confess our sin he is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The unrighteousness that is sin, will never see God. You need to cry out, in godly sorrow, in the fear of the Lord, to Jesus and tell him you have sinned that you are sorry for displeasing him.

"Fear not little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom." Luke 12:32 Fear only God and not man. Have the moral dread, gut wrenching dread, of being displeasing unto God, amen... Notice Jesus said "little" flock...

Romans 3:18 says there is no fear of God before their eyes. Fear of God is the moral dread of being displeasing unto God. This fear of God leads to godly sorrow and repentance, 2 Corinthians 7:9-10. Repentance is the turning forever away from sin, the changing of your mind, the putting on the mind of Christ. Becoming a new creature in Christ, 2 Corinthians 5:17.

God has been wanting us to turn from sin from the beginning. John the Baptist preached repentance, Matthew 3:2. Jesus preached repentance, John 4:17. And the Apostles preached repentance, Acts 2:38, 3:19. Now we preach it, the present day disciples of Christ. Our sin put Jesus on the cross and Jesus himself provided a way of escape at that cross.

Jesus who knew no sin (2 Corinthians 5:21), had to shed his blood and die on a cross to reconcile man to God..John 3:16. And yet man in his worldly wisdom rejects God over and over and prefers the darkness and condemnation of hell..John 3:19. Jesus was the blood sacrifice of a holy and righteous God to cover our sin. He died so that we might live. Choose life.

Cry out to Jesus, ask his forgiveness for your sin and turn 180 degrees from your sin forever. Jesus is real, the cross is real, salvation is real, heaven and hell are real. What will you choose?

Eternity is a certainty. Where you spend it is up to you...
