CHANGE YOUR MIND... CHANGE YOUR HEART

Walking in righteousness. A thorough change of mind and heart means a firm foundation, that when forced to make a choice between CHRIST and Satan, it will ALWAYS be CHRIST.

"Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man which built his house upon a rock, and the rain descended and the floods came and the winds blew and beat upon that house and it fell not, for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine and doeth them not shall be likened unto a foolish man which built his house upon the sand, and the rain descended and the floods came and the winds blew and beat upon that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.'' MATTHEW 7:24-27

A person engaged to the world may profess faith in CHRIST but when forced to make the choice, the truth is revealed. Do the roots of faith spread far and deep into us to support our outward zeal? Or is the foundation weak, unable to support the top heavy superstructure, propping up an outward show of Christianity.

"Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints and of the household of God. And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone, in whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord. In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit." Ephesians 2:19-22

Do not take up sainthood upon a false pretense or use the credit gained from others opinions to establish a life among the saints. Do not assume to be a saint because others suppose so. There are no shortcuts to a life in CHRIST, to eternal life. We must know GOD and His Son (John 17:3). GOD lays it all out in HIS WORD, in HIS TRUTH, in HIS LIFE, in JESUS. To walk in the SPIRIT (Galatians 5:25) and to pray without ceasing (1 Thess. 5:17), takes unceasing focus on GOD. NEVER taking our focus off HIM. JESUS teaches with earthly examples so we will understand heavenly things. Study them daily, hear HIS teaching (Acts 17:11, Psalm 119:11, Romans 10:17). And continue to Hear, See and Touch, amen (1 JOHN 1:1).

JESUS says.. "If I have told you earthly things and ye believe not, how shall ye believe if I tell you of heavenly things?" John 3:12 Amen.

JESUS says plainly... "From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."  Matthew 4:17
